Tonisha Johnson is a seasoned Strategic Communications & Narrative Impact Consultant with nearly two decades of experience as a broadcast reporter and anchor. Drawing from her extensive background in journalism, she now empowers individuals and organizations to amplify their voice through strategic media preparation and impactful storytelling.

As an Emmy Award–winning documentary filmmaker, Tonisha is dedicated to elevating underrepresented voices and sparking meaningful conversations. Her work includes Glass Walls: Black Experiences in Higher Education, an Emmy-winning documentary she co-produced, wrote, and hosted.

In 2024, her second project - a docuseries, The Impossible Standard, aired. The film explores the unrealistic beauty ideals that many girls and women strive to achieve—often leading to feelings of invisibility and inadequacy.
