Award-Winning Journalist | Documentary Filmmaker

You’ve heard the headlines—now it’s time to hear the stories that shape us. As an Emmy Award–winning documentarian and former journalist of nearly two decades, I’ve stepped beyond the newsroom to create something deeper. Through Kitchen Table Talk and Just Leap Production House, I elevate the voices of women over 40—stories too often overlooked, yet essential to healing, connection, and generational understanding. This is where lived experience becomes legacy—and where your story is not just told, but truly seen and where narrative power is restored, community is built, and what comes next is shaped with intention.

Step into your story—fully and unapologetically.
Apply to be a guest on Kitchen Table Talk or share your story for documentary consideration.

Impossible Standard

In 2024, her second project - a docuseries, The Impossible Standard, aired. The film explores the unrealistic beauty ideals that many girls and women strive to achieve—often leading to feelings of invisibility and inadequacy.
