Tonisha Johnson spent nearly 20 years reporting and anchoring news across Tennessee, North Carolina, and Ohio. Her career in broadcast journalism took her from federal courtrooms to classrooms, state legislatures to campaign trails, fashion runways to the fast-paced world of NASCAR. Whether covering education, crime, politics, or uplifting human-interest stories, her mission has always remained the same: to educate, encourage, and inspire through storytelling that makes a lasting impact.

Today, Tonisha continues to evolve in her craft as a Strategic Communications & Narrative Impact Consultant helping leaders, business owners, and mission-driven organizations to clarify their message, amplify their voice, and communicate with intention. She also amplifies the voices and experiences of women over 40 through documentaries—shedding light on issues often left unspoken, and creating space for honest conversation, healing, and community.
